WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return/exchange an item back to Football Heaven within 14 days of receiving the item, for a full refund or store credit. Please inform us of the requested refund/exchange via our 'Contact Us' page, and have the item shipped to us within 14 days. The purchaser will cover the shipping cost. The purchaser must use a tracked shipping service or the refund will be void.
RETURN CONDITION
The item must be returned to Football Heaven in the same condition that it was sent out to qualify for a refund. Football Heaven has the right to deem an item unworthy of a return/exchange if it is in noticeable poor quality in comparison to its condition when it left the store.
WHAT CAN'T I RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Items with custom printed names as requested by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow for up to 7 days after Football Heaven receives your returned product to have the refund processed. Please provide your order number and your email associated to the order in the contact form.
